Five mistakes doing abs
If you do not see your six pack after taking time training your abs, it may be because you make some typical mistakes in your training. The good thing is that everything can be corrected. Let's look at five typical mistakes that you should avoid.
1. Just do Crunches
If you want to see results, you cannot do the same exercise every time. The crunches are effective yes, but remember that in the end your body gets used to everything. Make sure you work your abs from different angles adding rotations to work the obliques for example, or using the legs to put more emphasis on the bottom.
2. You're going too fast
Hold your horses! Unlike cardio work, where you benefit from the speed, you get more advantages of abdominal work if you make sure to do it more effectively. The trick is to concentrate on the exercise and use the breath to guide us during the move.
3. You get carried away
You have to be focused on the exercise. Try to focus your strength in the deep abdominal while you do a crunch, and notice that the exercise becomes more demanding. Do not force only to lift the trunk. Go a step further and voluntarily press your belly with all strength as you wake up.
4. Too easy
Although it is possible to get a nice tablet without external weight, you can try to prove yourself / a with variety. If you support a disc in your chest or grab some dumbbells while doing the movement, your abs will be working with more intensity.
5. Only doing crunches
Remember that for many crunches you do, if you have too much fat, your six pack will never see the light. Do not forget to combine cardio with ab work to reach your goal.
