Drink Water When You Wake Up

Apart from avoiding the noise of your alarm clock as you open your eyes, it's time to give the highest priority to water every morning. Water can provide big changes for the rest of your day, and I mean changes for the better! Whether you're looking to lose weight or just stay healthy, we'll see the reasons why water on an empty stomach is so important.

1. Moisturize your cells

After the night, it is likely that you wake up dehydrated. Therefore, a good hydration is the most important first thing in the morning because it increases the rate at which the muscles and cells are created. A hydrated body gives you more oxygen flow, which will make you start the day with more energy.

2. Detoxify your body
The water, especially if it is with a little lemon, eliminates toxins and impurities, not only keeps you healthy but also improves your skin. Your colon will be more purified, preparing to absorb more nutrients. While a simple glass of water can come great if you add a few drops of lemon will make urine (eliminating what you have left in the body), maximize the functions of your enzymes and stimulate the liver to better detox.

3. Helps weight loss

Fasting water stimulates your digestive system and increases your metabolism throughout the day. Also there are studies that argue that drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach, it will increase your metabolism, makes your body more reluctant to store fat. On the other hand, the water makes you feel more satisfied and decreases your appetite.

4. Prevents the diseases

If you are someone you usually get sick regularly, perhaps it is because you do not drink enough water. Water has a major role in the maintenance of the lymphatic system. When this system is balanced, your body is ready to fight any infection. Furthermore studies show that proper hydration increases your cortisol levels, and therefore decreases your stress levels and risk of disease.
