5 Tricks to feel Thinner
1. Skip the salt:
If you are someone who easily retains fluid this is the main culprit. Reduce all you can meals with salt and choose diuretic foods and beverages to remove extra fluid.
2. Hold on the dream:
If you sleep little or poor, you will feel tired during the day and your workout (if you still feel like) will not be as hard as it should be. Besides the lack of sleep stimulates appetite and makes you eat more during the day. Try going to bed a little earlier each day and notice the difference.
3. Move:
A good sweat session makes your body to detoxify. But besides the physical benefits we already know, move will make you feel better about yourself after your workout. You will feel lighter and you'll look better.
4. Drink water:
Water replenishes fluids and eliminates that extra. Forget energy drinks and much more of the soda and grab your water bottle. If you do not like the taste you can add a few drops of lemon, cucumber, or mint to give it more flavor.
5. Cooking at home:
When dining out is hard to know exactly what's on your plate. Do yourself a favor and cook your own food. You'll know the exact ingredients of your recipes and know exactly the portions you really should eat.
