Avoiding Temptation At The Time Of Workout At Home
Train at home has its advantages: nobody bothers you, there is less risk of disease transmission, and do not waste time chatting with people. But unfortunately there are some factors that can distract you from your home workout.
1. The kitchen calls you:
Who would not prefer to have a snack instead of doing a few push-ups?
To avoid falling into the temptation to go to the fridge, try to train as far as you can from the kitchen. If you do not smell what's for dinner, the bread you just bought, etc.. You'll be focused on what's important at the time: your training. A good trick is to take a protein snack an hour before so you will not suffer hunger that makes you want to a little trip to the kitchen.
2. I have an email:
You call it have a look to the mail, but really what you do is to delay the time of your workout. Everything you do, including technology go from being 5 minutes at 20 without find out. So when you're done, your motivation has diminished considerably. You have to make your own golden rule, no technology until the end of training (unless you use the technology for that training).
3. That mote ...:
There are always things to do around the house and look that funny when most looking forward to clean the dishes, sweeping, mopping, is just when you have to train. The best way to avoid this "temptation", is by putting a specific time to train instead of doing this exercise "sometime in the afternoon".
4. Where did I put my dumbbells?
If you do not know where you have your materials, you'll hardly be able to train. For this does not happen always have a point in your house where you keep all the material for your training. But most importantly, accessible. It is no use knowing where you store your dumbbells if to catch them you have to open the closet, pull down comforters, find the box where you keep and all that on top of a ladder because you have stored in the top of the cabinet.
