Eating At These Locations Makes You Fat
It is not always possible to make your meals at the table, but when you eat in a hurry while doing other things it is more likely you are consuming more calories. To prevent this weight gain avoid eating at this 5 locations:
1. In the car
In some countries this is typical eating while driving. You stop at a drive through, grab the food and you're eating on the road. The downside is that this type of food is usually very caloric. Also when you eat while driving, you do more quickly to avoid having one hand occupied. But it is clear is that eating while driving can be very dangerous. So whether fat or not, avoid this practice.
2. Standing in the kitchen
When you go to the kitchen for a snack break you are surrounded by food. So do not be surprised that you end up eating more than you had planned. The worst thing to eat standing in front of the fridge or cabinet makes it difficult to measure the amount of food you're eating. If you fancy a snack break, prepare a bowl with the amount you want to sit at the table and enjoy it.
3. In front of the TV
TV ads are very influential when hungry. All those ads pizzas, burgers, nachos, wings, etc., makes you want calories and more calories later in the day. You have to be strong and have the willpower to not go to the kitchen. On the other hand, if you eat while watching TV, you are diverting attention from what you're doing. For that reason you will eat more calories than you would eat with the TV off.
4. On your desk
This is a very difficult habit to break, especially if you have no time to eat. This is like eating in the car or watching TV. You're busy with work and you're not paying attention to what you're eating. But you know it you've eaten a whole plate in minutes. Eating fast without paying attention makes your brain does not really register how much you eat, and often just still hungry rather than sated.
5. In bed
Here we are at the height of laziness. People eat in bed when sick or when you can not move because it has a leg in plaster. Besides making your sleep less hygienic place, it is shown that you will take more calories. Avoid eating in bed and go to the table. If after dinner you get hungry, do not take a bag of chips to bed. Try to get a bowl of fruit and Take them quietly at the table.
