Vital Tips to prevent weight gain these holidays #1: The size does matter

It is possible not gain weight not following a diet at Christmas.

The size does matter. Christmas is a time of excess. In our culture we can not do without the food that our grandparents considered 'luxury' as seafood, lamb, piglet, marzipan and nougat, etc.. and now you can enjoy any time of the year (and at a lower price than in the festivities). What we can do is reduce rations to its proper size. Think that 100 grams of marzipan are about 450 to 500 calories, but to get even with a sweet, reduce intake to a figurine (120-180 calories) without falling into gluttony.

Take care of your body, is the only place you have to live
