Many times we wonder why that following diet and exercising, we fail to lose weight. There are a lot of variables that influence in achieving weight loss, but there are some that are more relevant than others, as we will illustrate in today's article.

The reason why we can not weight loss

You think you're the only person who can not lose weight? No, unfortunately there are a lot of people that happens, they can not lose weight even though hands are put to work, diets and specific training. What happens is that at first, notice the weight loss and physical improvement, but we see we end up regaining the weight.

Why is this happening? Because we work anarchically, based on a training plan focused on diet and nutrition quickly but not sustainably. We do not focus on incorporating healthy eating habits.

It is as if we want to eradicate illiteracy in a given region. If we focus on educating a few people in a very specific way, let's get some of them have a remarkable readiness with which they can rely in the future and prosper in the academic and professional world. However, the rest of the population, remain without access to education and structural problems remain the same.

But if instead of all this, we focus on investing in infrastructure and schools where you teach the people, you can get that future generations have access to education and to encourage the progressive educational improvement in the future. Well, with the issue of weight loss, something similar happens.


If we dedicate ourselves to incorporate healthy eating habits, after doing the diet, we get it easy restructure calories to keep, because the change will not be as rough because all we do is increase the calories consumed, incorporating certain foods . If we conclude a successful diet does not mean that later we can overdo eating pastries and other unhealthy foods.

To lose weight effectively, we need to consolidate the weight through proper habits. No use dieting miracle and then increase the amounts of food because the bounce effect you will recover all your weight and can even earn more than before.
