5 a day. If you have not thought about your purposes for 2014 start with changing your habits and ask yourself to do 5 meals a day. What were you thinking? Joking aside, there is not a proper diet if you don't divide the food intake over 24 hours a day. Remember to do 3 main meals, starting with the essential early breakfast, lunch and gets the mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack with fruit, nuts, cheeses and yogurts. You can even make a sixth meal before going to bed with a glass of milk or a relaxing tea with a couple of crackers. The idea is that you're not hungry and never get to the main meals like a hungry wolf. If you also are motivated with the other 5 a day you will lose more weight fairly with your partner.
