Salads are one of the favorite dishes of the runners, either because they are prepared quickly or because we provide much satiating fiber, water, vitamins and minerals without many calories. For this holiday season, use your imagination to mix the ingredients christmas: winter endive, seafood such as lobster, shrimp or lobster, fruits like pomegranate, pineapple or papaya, vegetables like cabbage, meats like free range chicken, lamb or turkey, fish such as salmon, bass and sea bream or cured meats like ham, loin or jerky.
