8 egg whites
Cinnamon powder
Vanilla extract
1 ripe banana
30 g of oatmeal
A little maple syrup

Preparation


1. First, we should mix banana, egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla extract and oats in a bowl. Beat the mixture until you get a uniform dough.
2. Prepare a pan, with olive or coconut oil to prevent the dough from sticking.
3. We will put the dough in the pan, trying to turn the dough to avoid that it stays stuck and cooked on both sides.
4. Once they are ready, we will serve them, throwing the maple syrup over the pancakes and cinnamon powder at taste. You can already put some more banana.
