The really important thing in a diet is to be continuous and establish eating habits that last forever and that keep you from losing weight.

Lack of physical activity: a diet to lose weight, becomes much more effective when combined with physical exercise. Among the obvious benefits of sport, improving our functional capacity, we will lose a greater number of calories and reactivate our metabolic activity.


Basically, a diet must be organized in the long term, with which the psychological component is more important than initially thought. It should not be limited only to the care of food and meals, nutritional reeducation and establishment of habits is equally important. 

Finally, we should not forget that it is not a matter of eating in a certain way for a short period of time, is to create a good habits of nutrition to live with.
