Improves resistance alternating aerobic machines

When we go to the gym and our interest is to improve the resistance we have a wide range of aerobic machines to choose from. The problem is that we often find our favorite and we always do the same, which is not bad, but occasionally should alternate aerobic machines.

Note that aerobic machine for several minutes means making the same gesture. This is something that the body gets used and muscles eventually assimilate, so we reach a plateau where progress will be difficult.

The key is to give your body different stimuli, changing either an aerobic machine we train every day or several at the same meeting. This makes work different muscles differently and introduces variety in training, just the spark that the body needs to move forward.

Weekly example might be:

  • Monday: treadmill
  • Tuesday: rest
  • Wednesday: elliptical
  • Thursday: stationary bicycle
  • Friday: rest
  • Saturday: Rowing
  • Sunday: rest

Or during the same session can be alternated, which is not the same to 40 minutes of aerobic in the same place with the same gesture to go changing places and gesture, the routine is more bearable and motivating:

  • Treadmill: 10 minutes
  • Bicycle: 8 minutes
  • Elliptical: 5 minutes
  • Rowing: 8 minutes
  • Leaning Bike: 10 minutes

As Albert Einstein said: "If you want different results, do not do the same"
