Weaknesses: The biceps
We return with a new article in which we discussed the weaknesses we have in our body, and some ways to treat this weakness. In the article two days ago, we talked about how to strengthen our shoulders, with a series of tricks to improve our strength and aesthetics in that muscle.
Today we proceed to do the same with the biceps, following a similar pattern. Ie, I will discuss the importance of having a strong biceps, and how to improve the aesthetics of muscle, and how to improve muscular strength and endurance of the same.
Weaknesses - The biceps
The biceps are the most "visible" muscle in the human body (subtracting the neck). Is the reference that takes many people to see if someone is really strong, because it is the most visible muscle when it's hot and began to emerge short sleeves. Weaknesses - Improving the functionality of the biceps

Barbell Bicep Curl: important to gain strength in the biceps and grip exercise. Besides being the most important movement isolation, greatly strengthens our forearms. Realize dumbbell is helpful, although I prefer the version with bar to improve results.
Supine Pull Up: The supine pull up, is an exercise in body strength necessary if we want to gain strength. Complicated, but effective, it is important that we lower down to take full advantage of this movement.
Deadweight: Although the effect of dead weight not seem important at the biceps, is a stabilizing muscle. Also nuance, the less involved compared to other muscles, better and to be mere wires.
